Exhibition Committees
Selecting Committees: Names will be drawn in class, and students will select their committee at that time.
BRANDING (4 People) – Kevynica, David, Rufi, Miuni
Responsibilities:
– Exhibition identity
– Identity system: logo, type system, color palette, and graphic elements
This committee will design a robust, cohesive identity system that reflects the exhibition theme and can be applied across all exhibition materials. The final system will be packaged and easily distributed to the other committees for implementation. The class is the client.

APPLICATIONS / COLLATERAL (5 People) – Helen, Liam, Anthony, Ek, Estrellita
Responsibilities:
– Poster (print & digital)
– Invitation (postcard)
– Digital promotional materials (digital version of Poster)
– Social media templates (See past Exhibition Instagram for reference)
This committee will develop supporting text and visual language to promote the exhibition across print and digital platforms. A comprehensive digital collateral package will be created for distribution to other committees, the University, and media outlets.

SOCIAL MEDIA (5 People) – Giselle, Hajra, Megan, Daniela, Melanie
– Coordinate with students for portrait sessions and any additional content required for campaigns-
– Plan and manage the social media content calendar
– Using the Templates designed by the Collateral team, create the Exhibition social media posts, including visuals and written copy
– Schedule and publish content across designated social media platforms (for general Exhibition publicity as well as for each student on our @acm_gd Instagram)
– Create a shared assets kit, and make available to all students

EXHIBITION DESIGN (5 People) – Emily, Cezar, Nani, Jourdy, Miranda
Responsibilities:
– Gallery floor plan and layout
– Interior design and lighting
– Exhibition signage and labels
– Content gathering
Additional responsibilities include assessing individual project needs, developing the overall exhibition layout, and producing exhibition graphics, text, labels, and related materials.

WEBSITE (5 People) – Matt, Afnan, Kamara, Theo, Nakayla
Responsibilities:
– Custom website assets
– Site population
– Digital presence
This committee will design and implement assets within an existing web platform to represent the exhibition. The website will include individual student profiles (portraits, capstone abstracts, bios, and project images) and provide functionality for sharing work across social media platforms.
