Below you will find instructions on how to package/deliver your final projects:

04 / 25 : Submission of Printed/Bound Editorials

Printed Editorials must be fully printed, cut and bound o be submitted on our last day of regular classes:
Thursday April 25th, at 11:30am.

05/ 07 : Final Exam Presentation and Deliverables

*OUR FINAL EXAM IS ON TUESDAY,  May 7th from 11:45-2:30pm*

Everything must be submitted by Tuesday, May 7th at 11:59pm.
Please upload all submissions on your drive > title the folder “Final Deliverables.”

Please note that if you need additional assistance, we are offering some office hours by Zoom during reading week and final exam week: [SignUp Genius link coming soon!]

Deliverables:

PDF Presentation – Built in InDesign & ready to present during Final Exam
[ 8.5″ x 11″ landscape ]
Presentation must include:
1. Text from your editorial’s Introduction
2. Design Rationale: Type, Color Palette, Concept (caption your decisions)
3. Grid (share an image, and caption your decisions)
4. Original Imagery (caption your decisions)
5. Photographs of your printed/bound editorial
6. 2 – 3 mocks-ups of your editorial (templates sources) 
7. Screen-Based Component — Ideation & Digital Mockups

Digital Editorial
* A high res final editorial PDF: Cover + Guts (Compressed in Spreads).
* E-book (find templates on issue, flipping book, flip snack, etc.)

Please:
* Double check the pre-production checklist to assure that you have included all project components.
* Proofread, have a peer read over your work, and use Grammarly. (It’s free!)
* Cite your references! There are online resources to assist with this, such as the Citation Machine.

Screen-based Media

For Interactive:
* Final XD file, and a .mov or .mp4 file

For Time/Motion:
* Final .mov or .mp4 file

* Please make sure to organize your files, and title properly.
