Decisions will be made based on spatial relationships, flow, and conceptual integration.<\/span><\/p>\n<hr class=\"wc-shortcodes-divider wc-shortcodes-item wc-shortcodes-divider-line-single wc-shortcodes-divider-style-solid \"  \/>\n<h3><b>Is there a floor plan available?<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Yes. A downloadable floor plan of the exhibition space is available: <a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/drive\/folders\/13ujBhiVcFddggysnLM-Jk8RLlfyi4O3e?usp=sharing\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/drive.google.com\/drive\/folders\/13ujBhiVcFddggysnLM-Jk8RLlfyi4O3e?usp=sharing<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<hr class=\"wc-shortcodes-divider wc-shortcodes-item wc-shortcodes-divider-line-single wc-shortcodes-divider-style-solid \"  \/>\n<h3><b>What installation furniture or equipment is available?<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A list of available furniture and display supports (plinths, pedestals, etc.) will be shared shortly.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<hr class=\"wc-shortcodes-divider wc-shortcodes-item wc-shortcodes-divider-line-single wc-shortcodes-divider-style-solid \"  \/>\n<h3><b>Can I install artwork on the patio or extend into the park?<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Proposals to install work on the patio or extend into the park <\/span><b>m<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ay be considered on a case-by-case basis.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you are interested in proposing an outdoor or extended installation, please submit your idea in advance so it can be assessed for:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">+ Safety<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">+ Accessibility<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">+ Durability and environmental impact<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Approval is not guaranteed and must be confirmed prior to installation.<\/span><\/p>\n<hr class=\"wc-shortcodes-divider wc-shortcodes-item wc-shortcodes-divider-line-single wc-shortcodes-divider-style-solid \"  \/>\n<h4><span class=\"wc-shortcodes-highlight wc-shortcodes-highlight-yellow \"><strong>EXHIBITION MATERIALS<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<h3><b>Will my work have a wall label?<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Yes. Each students work will be accompanied by a label including:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Didactic Text (maximum 200 words)<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Artwork Tombstone:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">+ Title<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">+ Medium<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">+ Dimensions<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">+ Year<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Submission guidelines and deadlines for label text will be shared separately.<\/span><\/p>\n<hr class=\"wc-shortcodes-divider wc-shortcodes-item wc-shortcodes-divider-line-single wc-shortcodes-divider-style-solid \"  \/>\n<h3><b>Do I need to be present during installation?<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Yes. Students are expected to be present to install their own work and collaborate with installers and faculty as needed.<\/span><\/p>\n<hr class=\"wc-shortcodes-divider wc-shortcodes-item wc-shortcodes-divider-line-single wc-shortcodes-divider-style-solid \"  \/>\n<h3><b>Can I make changes after installation?<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Minor adjustments during installation days may be possible.
