Dear Students,<\/span><\/p>\n

Congratulations on a wonderful Capstone Exhibition! We hope you feel a great sense of accomplishment for your hard work.<\/span><\/p>\n

Our Exam is Wednesday, May 13th from 11:45am-2:45pm. <\/strong>We will meet in classroom 427 to review your online portfolios and Capstone entries.
\n<\/strong><\/p>\n

Each of you will present your final Portfolio website on-screen, with a focus on your Capstone (5 minutes for each student).<\/strong> During this time, please share with us the structure you’ve used to present your Capstone, the narrative you’ve built through image selection, text, and any other aspects applicable to presenting your specific mediums, and why you think it is successful in showing your work.<\/p>\n

The Exam is a mandatory, and you are required to be there for the entire Exam duration.<\/p><\/div>\n

\u2014<\/span><\/p>\n

Below is an outline of the Final Deliverables due at our Final Exam. <\/span>Please review and carefully follow the instructions below:<\/span><\/p>\n

1. Updated Portfolio Website:<\/strong>
\n<\/span>Fully branded, functioning online portfolio that highlights your capstone project.<\/span>
\n<\/span>The capstone should include the following:<\/span>
\n<\/span>+ Your Final Abstract<\/span>
\n<\/span>+ Mockups<\/span>
\n<\/span>+ In Situ Images<\/span>
\n<\/span>+ Exhibition Beauty Shots<\/span><\/p>\n

*P<\/span>rovide Link to active portfolio site URL (live on your domain)<\/span><\/p>\n

**Portfolio updates should also include your Cross Media project, Visual Means, Design Consortium, and\/or XPress work. If applicable to you, it should also include your design work for the identity and applications of TRACEWORK (process and final deliverables).<\/span><\/p>\n

2. Portfolio PDF:<\/strong>
\n<\/span>+ This was completed in SSI. At this time, you should be refreshing and bringing up-to-date for professional use.<\/span>
\n<\/span>+ Include Capstone project comprised of 2 mediums, including Final Abstract, Mediums and Mockups, In Situ Images, Exhibition \u201cBeauty Shots.\u201d<\/span>
\n<\/span>*Since this is such an important piece, use multiple pages to present the project in good detail – this means you can separate each medium to be on its own page and include additional lines to describe and contextualize the specific piece.<\/span>
\n<\/span>+ Final page\/slide of Portfolio PDF should include your link to the active URL.<\/span>
\n<\/span>+ Use the following naming convention for your files, as appropriate:<\/span>
\n<\/span>“NameLastname_Portfolio_May2026”
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

All items above should be uploaded to our shared drive in a folder titled *FINALS*:<\/strong><\/span>

3. Exhibition Website Assets:
\n<\/strong>+ All assets (imagery and content) required for the Tracework Exhibition website.

Exhibition website assets should be uploaded to the Website Team folder, as requested.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n
