The screen-based piece should be interactive, human-centered, and platform-specific. Remember this is an extension of the visual identity you have been working on and developing throughout the semester, refer to your brand guidelines.<\/p>\n<p>To bring your identity design full circle, you will expand your system into screen-based media\u00a0through\u00a0motion graphics and\/or digital\u00a0&amp;\u00a0social spaces. When designing for the screen, one must consider all the formal elements (line, shape, color, texture, pattern) and apply all principles of composition (balance, visual hierarchy, rhythm, unity &amp; scale) in time and abstractly defined spaces. Each &#8220;frame&#8221; or &#8220;page&#8221; as well as its transitions,\u00a0pace, and flow, need to be examined and designed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Considerations<\/strong><br \/>\n+ Where does my audience interact with this project? (subway platform, sidewalk, on their computer, on their phone, etc.)<br \/>\n+ Include a Call To Action &#8211; a clear prompt that encourages someone to take a specific, desired step.<br \/>\nExample: \u201cSign up to get instant access.\u201d<br \/>\n+ Incorporate consistent visual elements<br \/>\n+ Messaging should be an extension of your brand and consistent with your brand language<br \/>\n+ It is essential to truly and organically convey the feel, excitement, energy, and value of your events in a genuine and high pace way<br \/>\n+ You have to assemble a narrative to speak directly to your demographic. Show them why the event is worthy of attending<br \/>\n+ Consider what elements of your brand can be interactive, movable, and flexible, and take advantage of the medium to highlight those attributes<\/p>\n<p>\u2014<\/p>\n<div class=\"\">\n<h3>Project Instructions: Formalizing Your Brand Across Digital Platforms<\/h3>\n<p>You will be selecting one <strong>screen-based medium<\/strong> from the list below to <strong>formalize your brand<\/strong> and <strong>expand your communication<\/strong> through visual and digital content. The goal is to apply your brand&#8217;s visual language consistently while demonstrating creativity and technical skill.<\/p>\n<h4>1. <strong>Social Media Campaign \/ Identity<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Create and execute a social media identity on Instagram, to promote your event and ensure long-term brand visibility beyond the event. This will include the development of key assets and content that would be used across the platform (posts, stories, handle, description, links), to address attendance and later, celebrate the event&#8217;s experience.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Profile Image &amp; Handle<\/strong>: Create an IG avatar that reflects your brand\u2019s look\u2014use your colors, typography, and logo. Pick a handle that\u2019s simple, memorable, and true to your brand. This will appear on the profile page of the social media platform. Make sure the images align with the Instagram&#8217;s dimension guidelines [ Instagram post: 1080 \u00d7 1350 px (4:5), Instagram Stories: 1080 \u00d7 1920 px (9:16) ].<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-start=\"209\" data-end=\"243\"><strong data-start=\"214\" data-end=\"241\">Minimum of 9 Feed Posts:\u00a0<\/strong>Create a mix of post types that showcase your brand and encourage engagement.
