Logos (which can be presented as wordmarks or symbols that can be fluid at times) are rarely utilized or stationed alone; rather, they are complimented by visual systems that enhance and support their visual presence.<\/p>\n<div>\n<p>The identity system is a visual language that defines the use of brand colors, corresponding\/supportive typefaces, and graphic elements, such as symbols\/icons, patterns, textures, photographs, etc. The identity system functions as an encompassing, yet expandable system that defines how the brand will be utilized to serve different communication needs and mediums.
