We need to understand the kinds of information that images can convey, the way people look at images, and the impact our choices have on viewers.&#8221;<br \/><\/i><\/span><span class=\"s3\"><b>\u2014 Alan Robins<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">&#8211; &#8211; &#8211;<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Dear Students,<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Welcome to GDII!<\/p>\n<p>With a fundamental understanding of typography from GD1, this course will focus on <b>image making<\/b>, <b>visual thinking<\/b> and the <b>design process<\/b>. Through practical and experimental projects supported<span class=\"s1\"> by reading assignments and research, you will develop conceptual skills, verbal articulation as well as an understanding of communicative and aesthetic relationships in visual problem solving.
