Provide letters from site (students choose their 5 – one of each typeface – students identify the classification of type for Tuesday. In this assignment you will become familiar with and explore the unique characteristics of the major classification in typographic design.

The objective for this project is to take a letterform and object and create a transformation between the two within a 5-panel sequence. This should be achieved by exploring different spatial relationships and changes between elements.
> Give students printed letters and objects to choose from.
> Students must look up what font and classification their letter is from the back of the book and then relate the object to an industry or business field. Ultimately, one of the panels of object-letter unification should support the design of a logo. This will brand the business related to the object\u2019s industry. Through the process, students should start thinking about Naming and visual attributes that relate to the industry in order to inspire their object-letter visualizations.
